The DSP arch is installed on the casing and insulates the working space of the furnace from above. It consists of central and peripheral parts.
In the fully water-cooled peripheral part of the arch, there are openings for the gas exhaust pipe and the supply of slag-forming materials. The main supporting structure of the arch is a water-cooled frame-collector, which is a welded metal structure in the form of a support frame for mounting water-cooled panels.
